A must if you have badly cracked heels.  60% based urea cream will tackle those cracks.  Soak feet and thoroughly dry, apply cream and ensure it is well rubbed into the heels.  Wear soft cotton sock to let the cream thoroughly soak into the cracks.  Repeat daily for best results. 
 
When cracks are healed, use a gentle foot cream morning and night to keep the hydration in your feet.
